Testforce CanadaLiquid Nitrogen Storage Dewar
Lake Shore offers a 50-L liquid nitrogen storage Dewar for use with the SuperTran product line. The vacuum-insulated Dewar provides a robust, double-walled container for the transporting and storing of liquid nitrogen with minimal loss rates.
This configuration includes a Dewar with an NW-40 top flange and a special adapter that allows the Dewar to be used with a SuperTran high-efficiency transfer line.
The transfer line adapter includes a 0.5-in o-ring compression seal to provide a pressure-tight seal around the 0.5-in-diameter storage Dewar leg of the transfer line. The transfer line adapter also includes a pressure gauge, a 4-psi safety pressure relief valve, and a vent valve that can be used to pressurize the Dewar by connecting it to an N₂ gas cylinder with a regulator (cylinder and regulator are not included).
The Dewar includes handles and casters for easy mobility and features a sturdy stainless steel, all-welded construction. The LN-50 Dewar is CE certified.
