There are 2 available options to send your instruments for service:
You will need to log in to the website with your credentials. If you do not have an account, you can create a new one, it is easy and simple. By creating an account you will have access to track your service requests. Once you are logged in, select “Submit RMA” to be able to create your service request.
With this dynamic PDF form you can enter the required information electronically and email it to us with one click; ensuring your instruments will be serviced and returned to you.
- Complete the form including all required fields.
- Click "Submit By Email" to send the form electronically.
- In the body of your email please include your contact information.
- A Testforce Service Representative will contact you upon receiving your RMA form.
Note: If you prefer you can fax a copy of the RMA to the number on the form.
