RF Power Amplifier 8000-051

ETS-Lindgren’s Model 8000-051 RF Power Amplifier is a 25W power amplifier, designed primarily for EMC applications including rigorous antenna and test chamber requirements that include EN 61000-4-20. Utilizing GaAs technology, this RF amplifier provides higher linearity, rugged design and better efficiency performance versus silicon-based amplifiers. The 8000-051 provides very low distortion and tolerance for 100% mismatch.
