RF Power Amplifier 8000-021

ETS-Lindgren’s Model 8000-021 RF Power Amplifier is a 800W power amplifier, designed primarily for EMC applications that include MIL-STD 461 CS114, Curve 5 requirements. Utilizing GaAs technology, this RF amplifier provides higher linearity, rugged design and better efficiency performance versus silicon-based amplifiers. The 8000-021 provides very low distortion and tolerance for 100% mismatch.
