Testforce systems Inc. is Canada’s premier supplier of Test & Measurement instrumentation and Integrated Systems. The Test & Measurement Division is seeking an energetic, highly motivated and organized professional with a strong sense of urgency.

As a Technical Sales Representative, you’ll work on our inside sales team receiving inbound calls, making outbound new business pitches, generating and following up on leads and driving sales growth by building long-term, consultative relationships with B2B customers across the country. You should be detailed, creative, a team player with superior analytical skills, verbal and written (bilingualism would be an asset).

An electrical/electronic engineering or technologist background with previous experience working with or as a manufacturer’s representative is preferred.

This position involves many exciting aspects of the technical sales process. Our training will allow you to learn and gain knowledge on the latest technology our industry has to offer.

RF Test Engineer - Integrated Systems Division

You should be detailed, creative, a team player with superior analytical skills, verbal and written.

Requirements:

The successful candidate must have A solid understanding and hands-on experience with RF instrumentation and tools Previous experience with design of RF systems a plus Experience with industry standard test and measurement equipment and the integration of such equipment into a test solution. A solid understanding of electronic principles and the ability to design for manufacture various systems (power distribution, RF signal distribution, etc) using industry standard tools. Excellent communications, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be expected to
  • Design, document, prototype and direct the manufacture of electronics systems.
  • Create and implement test and troubleshoot procedures for products.   • Manage projects independently.
  • Provide a superior level of customer support.
  • Be able to interpret and produce industry standard schematics and drawings.
  • Provide technical expertise to various departments (Production, QA, Sales.)
